The apartment was so centrally located and I had everything I needed, including a washing machine. It made my long stay so amazing as the area was so quiet yet I was only 3 mins away from the centre.
Besides a coffee machine, there was a kettle which I find so rare for Europe.
The rooms were so large and the atmosphere was extactly what I was anticipating for my Christmas winter stay. They had even arranged a Christmas tree which was so very kind.
The coldest it had gotten during my stay was minus 22 degrees Celcius but the central heating was fantastic, I never felt cold inside. The hot water was ALWAYS hot.
The keys were a little tricky but thankfully, the team were so so amazing and very helpful. They were waiting for my arrival and responded quickly to any queries I had.
They had sent details before my arrival so I knew that the key pick up location was elsewhere. I arranged a taxi pick from the airport and they had no issues with dropping by the key box before I arrived at the apartment.
The instructions were easy to follow. There was no elevator/ lift mentioned in the booking so I knew I had to carry my luggage prior to booking.
I had organised a tour through them as well which was highly convenient but the city centre was only a few mins away for most booking picks up, tour booking centres, restaurants and shopping centres. Buses were also easily accessible from this location.
I did also ask for the best restaurants from the team and their recommendations and they did not disappoint.
They also let me know when the aurora was at peak visibility within the city and suggested areas for me to go to to see the aurora. I was able to go on my last day in an area only 10 to 15 mins walking distance from the apartment.
I highly recommend this apartment if you want to be centrally located and want an amazing team helping you achieve everything you want to do in Rovaneimi.

Great place in a very convenient central location, with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, which wasn’t clearly mentioned in the description. It’s also spacious and relatively quiet, making it a comfortable stay overall. Everything was good overall, but it would have been helpful to know in advance that the key collection point is about a 10–15 minute walk from the apartment. We arrived from the airport using public transport, and managing all our luggage made it less convenient than expected. As a result, we spent around 20–25 minutes outside before being able to enter the apartment. In cold weather (it was –10°C during our stay), this can be quite uncomfortable, so clearer information beforehand would be appreciated.
