Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, Supermärkte, Bushaltestelle etc. Gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Laura‘s Wohnung. Check in war sehr klar erklärt und hat ohne Probleme funktioniert.

I had a fantastic stay . Laura was super helpful . The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had a very warm and welcoming feel. The location was perfect—everything was easily walkable, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient.
What I appreciated the most was how peaceful and relaxing the house was. It truly felt like a home away from home, ideal for unwinding after a day out.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rovaniemi. A perfect combination of comfort, location, and tranquility.

It’s a very spacious and well situated apartment. We only stayed 1 night because we had an early flight in the morning, but would have enjoyed a longer stay. Sauna was great! The restaurant downstairs is delicious! The best artichoke soup. The communication could have been clearer:
1) parking - It would have been helpful to know in advance that the parking lot isn’t accessible to the building UNTIL you pick up the key from the front of the building first. Also the location of the building parking as it’s not marked clearly and you need to access from a different road.
2) there is no lift in this building. The apartment is on the top floor.
After a long day of travel with 4x luggage and a child, this information in advance would have helped set expectations.
Having said that the apartment itself is great!

I had a really lovely stay here. The host was very responsive, attentive, and helpful, always quick to reply and provide useful information.
Since I was traveling alone to a new place, it made a big difference knowing I had someone I could reach out to if needed.
The location is great — very central and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was warm, cozy, and very comfortable.
No complaints at all, everything was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to set yourself up from for Rovaniemi. Town is walkable and restaurants are very close by. The apartment is very clean and spacious. works well for a bigger party.

Tämä oli ihan helmi! Pihalta näkyy Kemijoki. Itse asunto on superkiva, toimiva saarake, valoisa ja kaunis asunto. Tosi laadukas TV ja ihan huippu futonsänky.
Viihdyin tosi hyvin ja tulen niin mielelläni toistekin. Erityisen kivat viherkasvit toi kodikkuutta❣️

Este hospedaje es oro, a solo unos 10 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad, a 5 minutos del parque Ounasvaara y enfrente de un supermercado muy bien surtido.
El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para que tú estancia sea como en casa, las 4 noches que pasé ahí fueron fenomenales. Si lo que buscas es privacidad y sentirte como en casa a un precio-calidad increíble, este es el lugar.
Laura es increíble como anfitriona, siempre atenta a tus necesidades!

alli encontramos todo lo necesario para nuestra estadia, el apartamento amplio, y limpio. las instrucciones de acceso claras y muy fácil.

Alles war super!😃 Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich und die Lage war hervorragend. Wir konnten gemütlich zu Fuß in das Stadtzentrum laufen. Laura war außerdem schon im Vorhinein total hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben, die wir dann auch in die Tat umgesetzt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!:)

We zijn hier een weekje geweest. Het appartement ligt op wandelafstand van alles. Ook voor een excursie te boeken ligt dit kort bij de ophaalpunten. Er is veel te doen in de buurt. Over het appartement zijn we ook zeer tevreden!
Tip: als je snel rugklachten hebt, is het bed niets voor jou. De matras ligt enkel op een houten pallet. Wij hebben er zelf niet echt last van gehad.
Voor de rest was alles heel netjes en alles is voorzien.
Een aanrader !!!
