Muy buena experiencia en este departamento. Tuvieron la amabilidad de dejarnos entrar antes sin costo extra, lo cual agradecemos mucho. El departamento tiene las comodidades necesarias para tener una buena estadia. La cama era muy comoda y la ropa blanca de buena calidad. No está ubicado en el centro, pero caminando tardas unos 5/10 minutos. La unica critica constructiva que podria hacer es que hacen falta cortinas blackout en el living, ya que la habitacion no tiene puerta y entra luz al dormir, mas en primavera/verano donde el dia es tan largo. Nossa estadia foi perfeita! O apartamento é incrível, muito confortável e aconchegante, e sua localização é maravilhosa! Muito próximo ao centro, lojas, farmácia e agências de turismo! A Laura é uma excelente anfitriã, tirou todas as nossas dúvidas e deixou sugestões maravilhosas para a gente! Curtimos tanto que resolvemos estender nossa estadia!!! E já estamos planejando voltar!

Erittäin hyvä ja toimiva huoneisto loistavalla sijainnilla aivan Rovaniemen keskustassa. Kaikki viestintä Lauran kanssa oli nopeaa ja ystävällistä. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä kaikkeen. Tähän kohteeseen palaan mielelläni. Pyysin monen tunnin viivästämistä uloskirjautumiseen ja siihen suostuttiin heti. Tästä oli iso apu, koska muuten olisin joutunut koko iltapäivän ajan tappamaan aikaa Rovaniemellä kahden ison laukun kanssa junan lähtöä odotellessa.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, Supermärkte, Bushaltestelle etc. Gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Laura‘s Wohnung. Check in war sehr klar erklärt und hat ohne Probleme funktioniert.

I had a fantastic stay . Laura was super helpful . The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had a very warm and welcoming feel. The location was perfect—everything was easily walkable, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. What I appreciated the most was how peaceful and relaxing the house was. It truly felt like a home away from home, ideal for unwinding after a day out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rovaniemi. A perfect combination of comfort, location, and tranquility.

It’s a very spacious and well situated apartment. We only stayed 1 night because we had an early flight in the morning, but would have enjoyed a longer stay. Sauna was great! The restaurant downstairs is delicious! The best artichoke soup. The communication could have been clearer: 1) parking - It would have been helpful to know in advance that the parking lot isn’t accessible to the building UNTIL you pick up the key from the front of the building first. Also the location of the building parking as it’s not marked clearly and you need to access from a different road. 2) there is no lift in this building. The apartment is on the top floor. After a long day of travel with 4x luggage and a child, this information in advance would have helped set expectations. Having said that the apartment itself is great!

I had a really lovely stay here. The host was very responsive, attentive, and helpful, always quick to reply and provide useful information. Since I was traveling alone to a new place, it made a big difference knowing I had someone I could reach out to if needed. The location is great — very central and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was warm, cozy, and very comfortable. No complaints at all, everything was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to set yourself up from for Rovaniemi. Town is walkable and restaurants are very close by. The apartment is very clean and spacious. works well for a bigger party. Great stay.

Tämä oli ihan helmi! Pihalta näkyy Kemijoki. Itse asunto on superkiva, toimiva saarake, valoisa ja kaunis asunto. Tosi laadukas TV ja ihan huippu futonsänky. Viihdyin tosi hyvin ja tulen niin mielelläni toistekin. Erityisen kivat viherkasvit toi kodikkuutta❣️
