It’s a very spacious and well situated apartment. We only stayed 1 night because we had an early flight in the morning, but would have enjoyed a longer stay. Sauna was great! The restaurant downstairs is delicious! The best artichoke soup. The communication could have been clearer: 1) parking - It would have been helpful to know in advance that the parking lot isn’t accessible to the building UNTIL you pick up the key from the front of the building first. Also the location of the building parking as it’s not marked clearly and you need to access from a different road. 2) there is no lift in this building. The apartment is on the top floor. After a long day of travel with 4x luggage and a child, this information in advance would have helped set expectations. Having said that the apartment itself is great!

The location is perfect , it’s a walking distance from the city and all the pick up location activities. ( please ask locals from where to walk because google map will give you the wrong way and send you to the highway while there is some underground road) . The apartment has a very very beautiful view. The person in charge explained everything to us before arriving. The area is safe i even run late at night . The supermarket is 5min walking . If I’ll come back i will for sure book it again .

The apartment was so centrally located and I had everything I needed, including a washing machine. It made my long stay so amazing as the area was so quiet yet I was only 3 mins away from the centre. Besides a coffee machine, there was a kettle which I find so rare for Europe. The rooms were so large and the atmosphere was extactly what I was anticipating for my Christmas winter stay. They had even arranged a Christmas tree which was so very kind. The coldest it had gotten during my stay was minus 22 degrees Celcius but the central heating was fantastic, I never felt cold inside. The hot water was ALWAYS hot. The keys were a little tricky but thankfully, the team were so so amazing and very helpful. They were waiting for my arrival and responded quickly to any queries I had. They had sent details before my arrival so I knew that the key pick up location was elsewhere. I arranged a taxi pick from the airport and they had no issues with dropping by the key box before I arrived at the apartment. The instructions were easy to follow. There was no elevator/ lift mentioned in the booking so I knew I had to carry my luggage prior to booking. I had organised a tour through them as well which was highly convenient but the city centre was only a few mins away for most booking picks up, tour booking centres, restaurants and shopping centres. Buses were also easily accessible from this location. I did also ask for the best restaurants from the team and their recommendations and they did not disappoint. They also let me know when the aurora was at peak visibility within the city and suggested areas for me to go to to see the aurora. I was able to go on my last day in an area only 10 to 15 mins walking distance from the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to be centrally located and want an amazing team helping you achieve everything you want to do in Rovaneimi.

Great place in a very convenient central location, with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, which wasn’t clearly mentioned in the description. It’s also spacious and relatively quiet, making it a comfortable stay overall. Everything was good overall, but it would have been helpful to know in advance that the key collection point is about a 10–15 minute walk from the apartment. We arrived from the airport using public transport, and managing all our luggage made it less convenient than expected. As a result, we spent around 20–25 minutes outside before being able to enter the apartment. In cold weather (it was –10°C during our stay), this can be quite uncomfortable, so clearer information beforehand would be appreciated.

À quel point peut-on se sentir détendu, à l’aise et confortable à Rovaniemi ? Comme ça. Tellement proche du centre-ville Propre Confortable Tout était disponible Même du café, de l’huile, du sel, du poivre et un peu de nourriture. Tellement heureux. C’était la meilleure décision de réserver ici. Je reviendrai toujours.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay in this apartment. Everything was perfect. First, the apartment itself is spacious and has an excellent location. It is situated right in the area where all the tourist tours are, and you can walk to the center of Rovaniemi in just 10 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. The communication and organization were flawless. We received very clear instructions by email before arrival on exactly how to find the key, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. Inside, there were printed instructions regarding the house rules and how to use all the appliances and utilities. Everything was perfectly explained. The apartment is very well-heated; you never feel the cold anywhere, which is essential in Rovaniemi. It is also exceptionally well-equipped. It has everything you need: high-quality linens, complete kitchen utensils, toilet paper, and all the essentials. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a small drawer with basic medicines—a detail that makes a big difference. In summary, this apartment is 100% worth the cost. We are extremely happy to have selected this place. It is very well-managed, with obvious care for detail and for the tourist's experience. Congratulations to the hosts on a fantastic rental! We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

La doar 20 minute de mers pe jos de centrul orasului, micutul apartament este tot ce ai nevoie pt o mini vacanta. Camera e spatioasa, are suficient spatiu pt haine, geam mare cu priveliste superba si multa lumina naturala, bucataria micuta dar complet utilata unde ne-am putut pregati mic dejunul in fiecare zi. Caldura suficienta chiar si cand afara erau -26 grade. Recomand pt cine doreste un loc dragut in Rovaniemi, la un pret foarte corect. Din pacate nu a functionat hota la bucatarie si a trebuit sa deschid geamul, afara fiind -26 grade :).

Un nid douillet après les excursions de balade en traîneau de rennes et avec les chiens Huskies, à la rencontre du Père Noël, la croisière en brise-glace à Kemi, à la chasse aux aurores boréales et au zoo de Ranua. C’est surtout la localisation en centre-ville de Rovaniemi permettant la prise en charge du transport.
